About Aaron Schwartz
Aaron Schwartz has dedicated his practice to criminal defense law. He has succesfully handled cases ranging from the low level misdemeanor to the high level felony. These cases include OVI/DUI, DUS, Disorderly Conduct, Domestic Violence, Assault, Drug Possession, Drug Trafficking, Theft, Burglary, Robbery, and Sex Offenses.
Mr. Schwartz will handle criminal cases in Municipal Courts throughout Northeast Ohio as well as in the Common Pleas Courts of Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, Lorain, Portage, and Summit counties.
He realizes that many young people find themselves in trouble with the law. Whether it be a DUI/OVI, an assault, drug possession, or something more serious, it does not have to ruin your life. He works with students from all the local colleges and universities including Cleveland State, Kent State, University of Akron, John Carrol, Case Western Reserve, and Cuyahoga Community College. Students and parents can be assured that Mr. Schwartz will aggresively respresent their interests with an eye towards their future.
Mr. Schwartz earned his Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Miami University in 1999. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2002.
Aaron Schwartz is committed to protecting the rights of the accused and will work with each client individually. He knows that every client and every case is different. Criminal defense is not about shuffling people through the system. It is about treating each and every client as though their situation is special and unique, because to them it is.
